Flatmates

Before you book, let’s meet Norman – your landlord.

Norman is 48 years old and works as a sale rep. He lives in the property with his children, and therefore would like to introduce himself and his house rules.

Norman describes himself as an early-bird. He works from home and enjoys watching TV.

However, he is going to be spending 1-2 nights per week away from the property, so needs a tenant he can trust.

He expects a cordial and professional relationship with you as his tenant, and wants the house to remain clean and tidy throughout. That includes when he is away - which is fair enough.

He would also ask that you arrive home before midnight on weekdays, especially when he is away.

Finally, Norman wants to know a little bit about you, too. When you are making your booking request, be sure to introduce yourself, your hobbies and interests, and what you’ll be doing during your stay in Dublin.
