What we liked the most

  • Luckily for students, the Dublin City University is a half-hour walk away, or just over 20-minutes by bus.
  • The house is close to public transport, so exploring everything Dublin has to offer is easy.
  • The bathroom is modern and well lit, with a shower over bath, sink and toilet.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.

Things to keep in mind

  • The living area is for the exclusive use of the landlord and his family, but the kitchen has a dining table so you can relax outside of your room and enjoy your meals.
  • Pets are not allowed by tenants but there are 2 small dogs living at the house.
