A room in a cosy 3-bedroom home is available in Terenure. Walking through the front door, you’ll enter the entry area, with the stairs going up to the second level. Down the hall, you’ll find a nice living area with a dining area and piano. This is a lovely room, which is perfect for reading, studying, or enjoying a meal. Next door you’ll find the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, toaster, oven, microwave, stove, and other essential appliances. Here is also where you have access to the lovely garden. Up the stairs, you’ll find the spacious bathroom, which has a toilet, bath, sink, shower and plenty of mirrors. The bathroom is also heated, which is nice on the cold Irish mornings. The landlord lives here with his wife. They have their bedroom and office on this floor.

The home is located 20 minutes outside of the city centre via bus. Travel time can vary due to traffic or the time of day. You can catch buses from the multiple stops serving different routes near the apartment. Although it’s not in the heart of Dublin, there are plenty of shops nearby. Walking 3-4 minutes in one direction, you’ll find small shops, while if you walk 5 minutes in the other direction, you’ll find a large shopping centre.
