- Overnight guests are allowed, so you don't have to worry about that.
- The bathroom is attached to the bedroom, so sharing with the family isn't an issue.
- There is a door with access to the garden from the bedroom.
- The landlord and her husband seem really kind. Their biggest hobby is gardening.
