Living in such a great spot so close to the city center, all of your friends and family will be jealous. Luckily, you will be sharing this apartment with the live-in landlady. She is currently in the late 40s and works at a nearby music college where she runs events. She is interested in music, film, dance,photography etc. She is also away couple of days during the week to spend time with her family who live outside Dublin. She has an easy going nature and expects the shared areas to be kept tidy.
