To facilitate your stay in Dublin, all utilities come included in the rental price.

The English speaking landlady lives on the property and requires 1 month rent as a deposit. . Rent can be paid by cash, credit card, or bank transaction. The landlady only accepts students.

Getting around


Bus stop for lines 15B, 16, 16c, and 17 are right in front of the apartment. You can take line 16 directly to Dublin airport and 15B will lead you to the city center (Temple Bar area!).

Move inArrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
