You will have plenty of transportation options to get into the Dublin city centre in just 15 minutes as there are many bus services available, along with the main Drumcondra station. Just a short walk from the station, you will be able to find the Drumcondra Market, full of various products, giving this almost central area a village feel.

What we liked the most

  • The living area has two double sofas and a fireplace, making it an ideal room for a nightcap with your flatmates.
  • There is a spacious study with a flat screen television and a large library, where tenants can read or watch some sports.
  • The laundry room has a washing machine and also a dryer.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and has a dishwasher.
  • This flat will be a great choice if you are thinking of getting a car during your stay in Dublin as there is street parking available.
  • Bedroom 4 has an ensuite bathroom and rooms 5 and 6 have private sinks.

Things to keep in mind

  • The landlord lives in the property.
  • Bedroom 3 is a spare room not normally for rent and used by the landlord as a guestroom.
  • The eighth room is used as storage and thus is not rentable.
  • The building does not have an elevator.
