This area, known as Broadstone, is a great place to live, offering shops, supermarket, parks and a range of local amenities such as gyms, banks and hairdressers. Dublin's City Centre is only one kilometre away across the river, and you can walk to Temple Bar in just 12 minutes. This fully furnished flat offers two rooms with double beds and desks. Shared amenities include one bathroom, a backyard, a living area and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven. The apartment is equipped with central heating and Wi-Fi is already installed.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is modern and very tidy, with easy-to-clean tiled flooring throughout.
  • There is central heating installed to keep you cozy during the cold winter months.
  • The kitchen comes with all you need to cook, including an oven.
  • The living area is a pleasant common space where tenants can enjoy a meal or share an after-work drink, furnished with a sofa, two armchairs and a dining table for four.
  • The apartment has a great location in central Dublin, within walking distance to the city centre and Temple Bar.
  • There are also several shopping centres nearby.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen only has a small refrigerator.
  • The apartment has a backyard that we were unable to photograph.
  • The bedrooms do not have windows.
  • There is no washing machine or television in the apartment.

c) If you cancel your stay within 30 days of your move-in date, 100% of your first payment will be given to the landlord.

d) The bad news: once your booking is accepted by the landlord, you cannot recover your one-time reservation fee at any point.
