What we liked the most

  • The house has a washing machine and dryer, allowing tenants to do their laundry at home.
  • The Dublin Bay and the seashore is a mere 9 minute walk. The seafront area, Seapoint, is popular for its beach and bathing areas. Perfect for those who like to live near the water!
  • As all bills are included in the rental price, budgeting for the month will be easy for tenants.

c) If you cancel your stay within 30 days of your move-in date, 100% of your first payment will be given to the landlord.
