This three-bedroom, one-bathroom house offers two rooms for rent. The third room is occupied by the landlord, a friendly and polite Irish man. Occupants share use of a full kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, and Wi-Fi is already installed and included in the rent. This well-equipped home also features a very cozy living area with a fireplace, television and dining table, where tenants can relax after a day at work or university. The house is located on Poddle Green, in an area known as Kimmage. Dublin's city centre is approximately 5 kilometres away, and the flat is close to public transport. Several bus lines stop within a five minute walk and the trip into town takes about half an hour. This attractive neighbourhood has several small parks, sports centres and you can walk to the local shops in about 15 minutes.

This house is divided over three floors of a building which is not equipped with an elevator. It has natural gas heating and natural gas water heating. You can dry your washing using the strings over the patio. Wi-fi is installed and it is activated. Parking is available.
