The neighborhood, North Central area, is primarily residential and maintains a peaceful atmosphere with its ample public spaces. The house, shared with the landlady, comes with a small parking space and the all inclusive price is perfect for those on a budget. The common areas are the garden, bathroom, spacious and comfortable living room, and the kitchen, where you will also find the washing machine with dryer functions. Bus stops are nearby, giving you access to the city center of Dublin within 20 minutes.
