There are rooms for rent in this 71.15 m² contemporary 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Lauterberger Strasse in Neukölln. The shared bathroom has a shower over a large bath, as well as a sink and toilet, while the modern kitchen has an oven and plenty of cupboard space.

There are a few shops within a 10-minute walk of this apartment, including a supermarket and post office. There are a couple of restaurants as well, while the large Tempelhofer Feld is easily accessible by train or bus.

Una vez aceptada tu reserva, acuerda con el propietario los detalles del día que llegas, la recogida de llaves, etc. Spotahome sólo transferirá el pago del primer mes al propietario 48 horas después de tu llegada, a menos que nos comuniques algún problema.
Recuerda: tienes 24 horas para comprobar que todo está correcto en tu nuevo hogar
