  • Please keep in mind that the bedrooms do not include some items seen in the photos (plants, laptop, etc.).
  • Bed linen and towels are NOT included. Tenants must provide their own. The mattress is only supplied with the mattress cover, which cost 10€, to be paid upon check in
  • Check-in/out:
    • Check-in/out times: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00.
    • Out of hours check-in and bank holidays: €10
  • Bookings:
    • Bookings closed during weekends: If the booking is closed during the weekend, the earliest check-in would be on the following Monday at 16:00.
    • Bookings with check in on the same day: If the booking is confirmed after 16:00, the earliest check-in would be the next day at 16:00.

    • Useful information about important documents such as NIE, transportation card, domiciliation, etc.
    • Phone number to call for emergency and assistance (10:00 - 19:00)
    • Office support, queries, general matters during your stay.

Cómo reservar

Con Spotahome, las visitas físicas son cosa del pasado. Nuestro equipo verifica la propiedad para ofrecer video tours, planos y fotografías para que así la puedas visitar online. Nuestro objetivo es darte toda la información que necesitas para puedas tomar la mejor decisión.
Con solo un par de datos puedes solicitar una reserva y bloquearemos la propiedad para ti hasta que obtengas una respuesta. Recuerda que no te cobraremos nada hasta que el propietario confirme tu solicitud.
El propietario tiene 24 horas para responder a tu petición de reserva. Si acepta, se cargará tu pago y te pondremos en contacto con el propietario. Si no acepta, no te preocupes, no te cobraremos nada y nuestro equipo te ayudará a encontrar alternativas.
Una vez aceptada tu reserva, acuerda con el propietario los detalles del día que llegas, la recogida de llaves, etc. Spotahome sólo transferirá el pago del primer mes al propietario 48 horas después de tu llegada, a menos que nos comuniques algún problema.
Recuerda: tienes 24 horas para comprobar que todo está correcto en tu nuevo hogar
