We're very proud to present 5 magnificent rooms in a very large exterior apartment close to Principe Pio Station. The apartment and rooms come fully furnished with plenty of extra storage space where you can safely keep all your belongings. The tenants will share two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen.

This apartment is ideal for students and young workers as it includes all utilities in the rent and has great transportation links. You are located in the Palacio district, which is very close to the city centre and just a few minute walk away from Gran Via and a stroll from Puerta de Sol. The apartment is also just around the corner from Palacio Real and other Madrid's most famous attractions. You'll also be near many bars, clubs and restaurants, where you can enjoy plenty of delicious tapas!

  • We're very impressed by how spacious and bright the rooms are - even the small single bedroom gives a very friendly atmosphere. We also like the under bed storage space in all rooms - a great way to keep away the things you are not currently using!
  • The apartment is located in the safe Palacio neighborhood - you will have Palacio Real and plenty of picturesque parks right in your frontyard! You will also live near Principe Pio station, where you can reach any chosen destination with a great selection of transportation methods.
  • The kitchen is very big and comes furnished with all amenities so you can practice your Spanish culinary skills without any worries.
  • All bills come included in the price of the rent to ensure you have a stress-free stay during your time in Madrid.

  • Si el propietario cancela tu reserva dentro de las 48 horas previas a la fecha de entrada, Spotahome A) te ayudará a encontrar un nuevo alojamiento y cubrirá el hotel hasta que encuentres nueva casa o B) te hará la devolución íntegra de la reserva.
  • Si existe alguna diferencia con el anuncio que viste en Spotahome, comunícanoslo dentro de las 24 horas siguientes a tu llegada para que podamos buscar una solución.

Cómo reservar

Con Spotahome, las visitas físicas son cosa del pasado. Nuestro equipo verifica la propiedad para ofrecer video tours, planos y fotografías para que así la puedas visitar online. Nuestro objetivo es darte toda la información que necesitas para puedas tomar la mejor decisión.
Con solo un par de datos puedes solicitar una reserva y bloquearemos la propiedad para ti hasta que obtengas una respuesta. Recuerda que no te cobraremos nada hasta que el propietario confirme tu solicitud.
El propietario tiene 24 horas para responder a tu petición de reserva. Si acepta, se cargará tu pago y te pondremos en contacto con el propietario. Si no acepta, no te preocupes, no te cobraremos nada y nuestro equipo te ayudará a encontrar alternativas.
Una vez aceptada tu reserva, acuerda con el propietario los detalles del día que llegas, la recogida de llaves, etc. Spotahome sólo transferirá el pago del primer mes al propietario 48 horas después de tu llegada, a menos que nos comuniques algún problema.
Recuerda: tienes 24 horas para comprobar que todo está correcto en tu nuevo hogar
Si existe alguna diferencia con el anuncio que viste en Spotahome, comunícanoslo dentro de las 24 horas siguientes a tu llegada para que podamos buscar una solución.
