Each bedroom is furnished with plenty of storage as well as all necessary furniture for a comfortable stay in Valencia. The 130m2 apartment is well connected to the rest of the city with a metro station and plenty of bus stations in the surrounding area.

El propietario tiene 24 horas para responder a tu petición de reserva. Si acepta, se cargará tu pago y te pondremos en contacto con el propietario. Si no acepta, no te preocupes, no te cobraremos nada y nuestro equipo te ayudará a encontrar alternativas.
Una vez aceptada tu reserva, acuerda con el propietario los detalles del día que llegas, la recogida de llaves, etc. Spotahome sólo transferirá el pago del primer mes al propietario 48 horas después de tu llegada, a menos que nos comuniques algún problema.
Recuerda: tienes 24 horas para comprobar que todo está correcto en tu nuevo hogar
