This 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is located on the 5th floor of the beautiful Palazzo Rucellai in the central neighborhood of Santa Maria Novella. The apartment is cheerful and welcoming with colorful furniture and walls, complemented by all the natural light that fills each room. There is a spacious bedroom, cozy living room covered in windows, a fully equipped kitchen, and a charming sunroom furnished with a dining table and storage space.

On Via della Vigna Nuova, the apartment is located in the historical center. Right outside your door you have a narrow street lined with a hair salon, clothing shops, and shoe stores. You are just a few minutes' walk to the beautiful Arno River, the perfect place to enjoy a weekend or evening stroll. Living here you are surrounded by plazas, great shopping streets, and always have something new to discover.

What we liked the most
