- Until the 5th of every month: the rent is paid to the landlord;
- After the 5th of every month:the Landlord will charge a daily fine of 50€ ;
- After the 9th of every month: the reservation is cancelled and the security deposit will not be refundable;

- Your landlord does not live on the property.
