Two single bedrooms are available for rent in a modern two bedroom apartment with underfloor heating. This comfortable apartment offers one bathroom with a bathtub and a shared kitchen and dining area with a dishwasher and television. Both rooms are silent, bright and fully furnished, including a desk and plenty of storage space. The apartment is located on Via Fratelli Rosselli, in the neighbourhood of Lodi in southern Milan. This area is very well-connected by public transport to other parts of the city. In five minutes you can access Piazzale di Corvetto, where you can catch metro line 3 and travel to the city centre and the central station. Bus line 93 can take you to the Politecnico di Milano in about 20 minutes. The apartment is exterior and has a floor area of 60 sqm.

BEDS for rent IN SHARED ROOMS: your request will be accepted only if the gender of the other roommate in the room is the same as yours, otherwise you will receive alternative options.
IMPORTANT: in case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 100€ for a studio and 160€ for one bedroom apartments.
The landlord admin fee is calculated according to the total contract value, therefore it will vary depending on the length of your stay.
