The University of Granada's Science, Law and Translation faculties are also all located within walking distance.

Neighborhood information

Centro: This area, as the historical heart of the city, has plenty to keep you unlocking the city's true roots. This area is home to the Cathedral, the burial sites of the Reyes Católicos, Juan la Loca, and Felipe El Hermoso, and the Monasterio de San Jerónimo. The area is also home to Granada's first university, the Madraza de Granada, and the Alcaicería de Granada, which is the best place to buy souvenirs. The city's main shopping streets can be found in Centro as well.

What we liked the most

  • There are two lovely balconies which are fully enclosed, so you will be able to enjoy them year-round, regardless of the weather. One of them is accessed via the living room, and the other one through bedroom 2.
  • The spacious living area is a great common room where you can gather with your family or roommates to discuss the events of the day. You can sit in one of the four sofas or share a meal in one of the two dining tables.
  • There is plenty of storage space available throughout the apartment, with large wardrobes in every bedroom, three storage units in the living area and many cabinets in the kitchen to store food items and cooking utensils.
  • There are two large fully equipped bathrooms, both featuring bathtubs.

Things to keep in mind

  • Rent doesn't include any utilities, and they will need to be paid by the tenant separately.
  • The kitchen is large and very well equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining, though there is no oven.
