11 Rooms are available to rent in a 220m2, 4-bathroom apartment with a balcony located in the centre of Granada. This property was once 2 separate apartments, which explains its huge size and layout. The property has a spacious living room which is perfect for socialising and dining in with housemates. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and enough storage for all 11 tenants.

This property is situated in the very centre of one of Spain's most exciting cities. From here, tenants can walk to and from all of the bars, restaurants and cafés that fill the area. This apartment is certainly well-connected to other areas of Granada and the rest of Spain, as Granada train station is 15 minutes away.

What we liked the most

  • The windows are double glazed; therefore, the apartment is quiet and well insulated.
  • Each bedroom has an independent key, and most have their own TV.
  • Granada train station is 15 minutes from the property.
  • The living room has a balcony which is pleasant during summer.
  • The kitchen has 2 fridges and washing machines.
