Rooms are available to women only rent in this 3-bedroom, ground floor apartment with a large, shaded terrace in the Albayzin Bajo area of San Ildefonso.

The apartment has been recently refurbished (January 2018) to include new furniture.

The apartment has a large kitchen / living area, with a fully-equipped kitchen, including an oven and electric stove. There is also a new washing machine. There are also 2 bathrooms shared between the 3 rooms, each with cubicle shower, washbasin, and toilet.

You will be living in San Ildefonso, very close to the campus of University of Granada. There are several bus routes accessible from nearby, but you shouldn't need them, as most of Granada is within easy walking distance. The popular student nightlife hub of Los Doctores is about a 15-minute walk, the centre of the city and all of its sights less than 10, and the Alhambra is reachable in 25 minutes.

  • The apartment is lovely and modern. We particularly like the large, shaded terrace.
  • You will have 2 bathrooms shared between 3 people, eliminating fights over the shower in the morning!
  • Students will find the location ideal, just a couple of minutes' walk from the University of Granada campus.
  • Most of the attractions and sights of the city are within easy walking distance of the apartment.
