The wonderfully homely property is spacious (90 m²) and has a huge kitchen / dining room with a utility area, 2 equally sized bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fantastic living room with comfy sofas and a big balcony which overlooks a park.
The location is ideal for students as the Universidad de Granada Fuentenueva Campus is on your doorstep. What's more, the train station is around the corner, and the city centre is within walking distance.
