This tidy 4 bedroom apartment has 3 single rooms and 1 double room for rent, and there is 1 fully equipped bathroom and 1 toilet to be shared between all tenants. Other amenities include a modern kitchen, a washing machine and a spacious living area with a flat screen TV. This practical home enjoys of a fantastic central location on Alhondiga, one of the busiest streets in Granada, minutes away from the cathedral and Plaza Nueva.

What we liked the most

  • In the apartment you will find a modern shared bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a toilet with no shower which is where you will find the washing machine.
  • The living area is cozy and very nicely decorated. It is furnished with a double sofa, an armchair, a TV and a dining table with 4 chairs.
  • All rooms have storage space, a heating unit, a desk and their own independent key, allowing you to secure your belongings as you leave.
  • The apartment has been recently renovated and is very silent.
  • You will love the convenience of living right in the heart of Granada, within walking distance to most of the major landmarks and within easy access to public transport to venture further away from town.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen is modern and bright, and it is well-equipped though it doesn't have an oven. There is an electric stove an a microwave you can use to cook your meals or prepare a snack.
