The city centre of Granada is famous around the world for its lively nature, its tapas bars and restaurants, and you will be located right in the heart of the action with these rooms as your base. This apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has natural gas heating and natural gas water heating. You can dry your clothes on an individual rack on the balcony or terrace. The minimum lease for this apartment is 150 days (5 months). The Wi-Fi is installed in the property and it is activated. Wi-Fi is 10€ per month and cleaning is 10€ per month.
The C5 (Neptuno - Plaza Izabel la Católica), U3 (Campus PTS - Campus Cartuja - Carretera Alfacar) and SN1 (Cenes de la Vega - Estación de Autobuses) bus lines are within walking distance (about 5 minutes) of the apartment, located on Camino de Ronda and Calle Recogidas.

If you stay for less than 5 months, you will be charged the price for a 5 month stay, which will then be divided equally between each month of your stay. For example: The room is €200 per month for stays of 5 months or longer. You book for 2 months. Your rent will be 5 months at €200 = €1000, divided evenly between the 2 months of your stay, = €500 per month. Note: in the months of July and August, stays of less than 5 months are permitted for the monthly price shown on the advert.

Centro: This area, as the historical heart of the city, has plenty to keep you unlocking the city’s true roots. This area is home to the Cathedral, the burial sites of the Reyes Católicos, Juan la Loca, and Felipe El Hermoso, and the Monasterio de San Jerónimo. The area is also home to Granada’s first university, the Madraza de Granada, and the Alcaicería de Granada, which is the best place to buy souvenirs. The city’s main shopping streets can be found in Centro as well.
