This location is within walking distance of Granada’s Law school and is ideal for students, professionals or anyone interested in experiencing some of Granada’s entertaining nightlife. Not to mention that the location includes the best of both worlds because it is filled with historical monuments, like The Monasterio de San Jeronimo, and great social spots, which include Granada’s tapa bars that are known for their generous and free tapas with every purchase of a drink. The area of the apartment is 25 m2.

Details

This apartment is located on the second floor of a building which isn’t equipped with an elevator. It has single electric heating and electric water heating. You can dry your clothes on the racks outside of the main window facing the indoor patio. The price of rent does not include water, electricity, gas or WIFI. The minimum lease for this apartment is 120 days (4 months).

Transportation

A two minute walk to the bus C6 of the Centro Lineas, which are the bus lines that move through the center of Granada. Using the bus C6 it then becomes easier to access busses C1 through C5 that can be used to access different locations within Granada.

Centro: This area, as the historical heart of the city, has plenty to keep you unlocking the city's true roots. This area is home to the Cathedral, the burial sites of the Reyes Católicos, Juan la Loca, and Felipe El Hermoso, and the Monasterio de San Jerónimo. The area is also home to Granada's first university, the Madraza de Granada, and the Alcaicería de Granada, which is the best place to buy souvenirs. The city's main shopping streets can be found in Centro as well.

  • The apartment can be transformed into a cozy room or a more spacious apartment with a bed that can be easily hidden, which is pretty chic.
  • It is a sun-lit room with beautifully decorated walls.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment does not have an oven, but it is otherwise well-equipped.
  • Though compact, the apartment is furnished with everything one needs to live comfortably, including a TV.
