Note that you must pay the rent for the entire stay in upfront or up to 2 installments according to the length of your stay (1st payment: 1 month before arrival, 2nd: by December). Your Landlord will send you the payment timeline once your booking is accepted.
Check-ins for the second semester will be required at the end of January and check-outs no earlier than June 1st.
