This gorgeous 6-bedroom apartment is recently renovated, so everything in it is brand new! It is very beautifully decorated in a contemporary style, with colourful accents and artwork on the walls. The living room contains two sofas and a television where you can relax, and the large exterior window lets in plenty of natural sunlight.
This apartment is in a great area. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. For example, you can just walk across the street for a nice dinner at Restaurante Las Tortillas de Gabino on those evenings when you don't feel like cooking. There is also plenty of public transport nearby, and you can reach some of the most famous areas of Madrid in about 20 minutes.
Important information: The tenants are NOT allowed to use neither the oven and the dishwasher.
