There are rooms for rent in this furnished 6-bedroom residence hall on Praça Casas Novas in Encarnação. The 100m² property spreads over 2 levels and has a fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges. There is also a charming living area with a dining table, sofa and television, creating the perfect space to socialise with your flatmates. You will also find 1 shared bathroom, and bedroom 3 has its own ensuite.
This residence hall is in a lovely residential area, across the road from a charming small park. This area north of Lisbon city center is well connected by public transport, making it easy to explore the city.
What we liked the most
- This residence hall will be a fantastic place to meet new people!
- The property has lovely details throughout, with beautiful feature tiles on the walls and wooden floors.
- The are big windows throughout that let in plenty of natural light.
- You can get to a Metro station in just a 7-minute walk.
- Lisbon's zoo is located nearby, and you will also find shops and restaurants within walking distance.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 1 is a sunny room with a single bed, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. This room has independent key access.
- Bedroom 2 is a cosy and bright room with a single bed. Furnishings provided include a wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, and a chest of drawers.
- Bedroom 3 is a spacious room which occupies the whole upper level of the property. This room is almost like a flat on its own, with a bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom, as well as its own living area. The room is accessed via a steep ladder.
