A modern, refurbished apartment in a vibrant neighbourhood and 17 minutes by bus from the city centre. It offers balcony access from bedrooms 2, 3, and 5, as well as the kitchen. You'll find it 12 minutes walk from the University Autónoma de Lisboa, and 18 minutes from the Instituto Superior Técnico.

Important: There is a washing machine in the apartment but it's ++not available to use++, you'll have to use a local laundromat.

Cancellation policies

Before Landlord Approval - No charges will be incurred
After Landlord Approval:
  • When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
  • Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
  • When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable

  • If the landlord cancels your booking 48 hours before your move in date, we will either A) pay for a hotel and help you find somewhere new or, B) refund your money in full.

Landlord policies

  • Overnight guests permitted: yes (up to 8 nights per semester if the room size allows - inform you landlord)

    • +2 nights : 30€ per night
  • Double rooms occupancy: bills are settled per person (not per room)
  • Payment method: cash, bank transfer;
  • Required documentation:
    • ID / Passport
    • University acceptance letter (if applicable)
  • Your landlord speaks: English, Portuguese, French, German and Spanish
  • Your landlord does not live on the property.
  • Contract: you will need to sign a rental contract covering the period of your booking (before you move in)
  • Deposit : payable after the contract signature (send proof of transfer)

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
