Landlord policies
- Overnight guests: 2 nights per month only;
- Longer stays: €20 per night (consult with the landlord)
- Payment method: cash; bank transfer;
- Security deposit; 1-month rent;
- The deposit must be paid 48 hours before checking in and it will be refunded at the end of the contract if there are no damages.
- Last month's rent: payable together with the security deposit;
- Other costs:
- Condomínio (building fees): included in rent;
- Cleaning Service (common areas): included in rent;

- Check-in hours: from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm (subject to availability - confirm with the landlord before)
- Check-out hours: before 12:00 pm;
- The deposit must be paid within 48 hours of checking in and it will be refunded at the end contract if there are no damages.

- University acceptance letter (if applicable)

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
