You will love the living room and patio. It's classically furnished and very spacious, so you can invite all your friends around - since we went to visit the landlord has installed a TV with cable channels too. The shared patio is even bigger, and since it's covered you can enjoy it in any weather.
We think it’s ideal if you’re looking for a quiet but convenient spot to unwind. You're a 20-minute walk from the Nova University Faculty of Science and Technology, and a 10-minute drive to the Costa da Caparica beaches.

This is a spacious ground floor, 3-bedroom apartment on Rua Vasco da Gama, Pera de Baixo. It boasts a large and open living room, as well as access to the patio, which you share with the rest of the building.
This property is ideal if you’re looking for some peace and quiet in a residential area. If you've got a car, you'll be able to get to the beach in just 10 minutes. You can even walk to the nearby Faculty of Science and Technology.
What we liked the most
- Hanging out with friends in the living room — there's space for the whole crew here.
- Relaxing out on the shared patio — as long as the rain isn't going sideways, you can enjoy it then too.
- Road tripping to the beach — not that a 10 minute drive really counts as a road trip.
