This is a lovely 6th floor, 3-bedroom apartment on Av. do Brasil, Lisbon. It's big, it's bright, and it's got 2 bathrooms— everything you could ask for in a shared home.
It is perfect for anyone searching for a practical but pretty place in the city.

Things to keep in mind
Bills -Water, electricity, gas and wifi internet have a fixed cost of 95 euros per month and are not included on the monthly rent. Heating service is not included and if used will have a fixed cost of 75 euros per month besides the monthly rent and the electricity bill.
