Renovated four-bedroom flat in Benfica, two steps away from Lisbon Zoo. The property includes balcony and air conditioning, and it is on the first floor of a building with an elevator.

The apartment is located in a very calm area that is well served by some outstanding schools, banks, three hospitals, health center, chemistry, bakery, grocery shops, restaurants, cafés, butcher and Dia supermarket.

Bed linen and towels are included and the kitchen is equipped with all the utilities (coffee machine, laundry machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, micro-waves, hoover).
