The property is located in a lively area, close to shops, cafes, museums, bars, art galleries, and restaurants. The Autonomous University of Lisbon is a short walk away, and there are good transport links nearby to explore all that Lisbon has to offer.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is stylishly furnished and receives good natural light.
  • There is an office chair and desk, providing a private space to study.
  • Common amenities in the residence hall include a swimming pool, gym, laundry room, terrace, and several dining and living areas to get to know fellow residents.
  • The Instituto Superior Técnico is a 25-minute walk away.
  • The beautiful Edward VII Park is located nearby, and is a fantastic spot to explore on a sunny day.

    • Option 3: (available for stays of more than 308 days)
      • You have the option to pay the rent in either 3 or 10 installments - the first installment upfront, and then either 2 more, or 9 more installments during your stay. (Please keep in mind that you will pay the first month through Spotahome and the rest of the first installment will be paid upfront to the landlord.) If you choose this option, the deposit will be €1000, not €250.
  • Check-in/out hours:
    • Check-in: Saturday only / 09:00 18:00
    • Your contract will always begin on a Saturday, regardless of your actual move-in day. Please keep this in mind when selecting your booking dates.
    • Checkout: before 12:00
  • The landlord can only accept students under 30 years of age

How to book

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
