This apartment is modern, simply furnished, and filled with tonnes of natural light. The bedroom is large and spacious. The bathroom is also extremely well lit and has a shower over a full-sized bath. And the garden almost doubles your living space, and provides pleasant views from the property's windows.

Stokey (as it is lovingly called by its residents) is known for several things: open spaces, the reservoir (Stokey was essential in providing London with water to support its sustained growth), and a long and important history. It's a quite, tranquil, and residential area with city benefits – namely that you're still not too far from busy and lively London.

What we liked the most

  • We loved the amount of natural light in the property. It makes the spaces feel open and bright.
  • The backyard is such a plus here. Not only is it a small patch of green, but it's another living area.
  • The bedroom is huge, and we were also quite impressed by the size of the bed.
