This is a 2-bedroom house on Carisbrooke Avenue in east London. It has an open-plan living and dining area and two bedrooms upstairs. There's also a paved garden area which is ideal for barbecues come summer.

It is perfect for a professional couple who are tired of shelling out heaps of money to live centrally. Move to the suburbs where you can get so much more for your hard-earned cash. And the city centre is super close when you're craving it.
