SPACE It’s a studio flat perfect for 2. Sleeping arrangements: 140cm wide double bed Kitchen is equipped with basic utensils and crockery, fob, oven, microwave, coffeemaker etc. to prepare simple meals.

ACCESS AND INTERACTION Flat is entirely for guests’ use and not shared with anyone. Please respect the neighbours, common areas and keep noise down especially at night after 9 PM. I will be available should you have any difficulties or questions. Best way to reach out is through the booking site or (if matter is urgent) via phone provided.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT After booking please kindly provide your contact details: phone you will use during the trip and email address. Depending on the situation I will meet you in person or provide access code couple of days before the arrival together with instructions. These are sent via your booking platform. Check-in is after 15.00 – please inform us of late check-in after 8 PM. Sometimes we may be able to let you drop off bags earlier at 1 PM while cleaner is preparing the flat. Check-out is strictly at 11. We may allow you to store bags till 1 PM but it needs to be requested beforehand. There are luggage storage options near all major stations and some apps that work with local shops: LUGGAGE HERO or BAGBNB.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT It takes 10 min to walk to the Manor House station Best apps to understand public transport options are Google Maps and CityMapper (provides prices and more accurate timing). Transport for London website provides info on the prices, connections, etc. You can buy tickets and OYSTER travel card in each station. Prices: tube ride zone 1-2 (£2.30-£3, zone 2+ £1.5-£2.30 if you don’t travel through zone 1, bus £1.50) Trainline app allows you to check and book trains.

AIRPORT ACCESS Heathrow (Piccadilly Line direct underground) Gatwick train to King’s Cross or Victoria station then Victoria Line Stansted Airport train to Tottenham Hale Station and Victoria Line Luton Airport train to King’s Cross and Victoria Line.

PARKING Check parkopedia.com for the nearest parking garages along with rates and availability.
