NEIGHBOURHOOD Fitzrovia is a district in central London, near London's West End, which spans the boundaries of the City of Westminster (in the west) and the London Borough of Camden (to the east). It has its roots in the Manor of Tottenham Court, and was urbanised during the 18th century, with the informal term Fitzrovia only applied in late 1930s.

It is characterised by its mixed-use of residential, business, retail, education and healthcare, with no single activity dominating.The historically bohemian area was once home to such writers as Virginia Woolf, George Bernard Shaw and Arthur Rimbaud.

In 2016, The Sunday Times named the district as the best place to live in London.


It’s a 1 bedroom flat perfect for 2 . Sleeping arrangements: 140cm wide double bed in bedroom. Kitchen is equipped with basic utensils and crockery, fob, oven, microwave, coffeemaker etc. to prepare simple meals. There is a table with 4 chairs.

ACCESS AND INTERACTION Flat is entirely for guests’ use and not shared with anyone. Please respect the neighbours, common areas and keep noise down especially at night after 9 PM. I will be available should you have any difficulties or questions. Best way to reach out is through the booking site or (if matter is urgent) via phone provided.


Check-in is after 15.00 – please inform us of late check-in after 8 PM. Check-out is strictly at 11.

Early check in and late checkout available at extra charge.

There are luggage storage options near all major stations and some apps that work with local shops: LUGGAGE HERO or BAGBNB.


Best apps to understand public transport options are Google Maps and CityMapper (provides prices and more accurate timing). Transport for London website provides info on the prices, connections, etc. You can buy tickets and OYSTER travel card in each station. Prices: tube ride zone 1-2 (£2.30-£3, zone 2+ £1.5-£2.30 if you don’t travel through zone 1, bus £1.50) Trainline app allows you to check and book trains.

Get an answer in 24h or lessThe Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move inArrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
