Landlord policies

  • This property is one of a set. This means that there are some other almost identical units in the building. So, what you see above may beslightlydifferent from what you actually rent.
  • Important- As soon as your booking is confirmedyou need to email the landlord with the following:
    • Full name of all tenants, as in the passport
    • Guarantor full name (if applicable)
    • A forwarding address
  • Check-in/out:
    • Check-in hours: 09:00 - 18:00
  • Required documentation:
    • ID / Passport
    • Work contract
    • University acceptance letter (if applicable)
    • Right to Rent shared code if applicable (you can get your code online from the Gov website)
    • If you do not have a monthly income, you will need an UK-based guarantor.
  • The tenant will need to pass solvency checks
  • If you are two people, please email the landlord with the second person's details as soon as the booking is confirmed.
  • Cleaning service can be booked for an additional cost
  • Security deposit is 5 weeks
  • Deposit and rest of the first rent must be deposited into the landlord's account and cleared up before moving in
  • Pets allowed for an extra monthly fee

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
