Spotahome is proud to present a newly constructed student residence hall offering five types of rooms, studios, and apartments, all complete with ensuite bathrooms and brand new furniture. This residence, located in the heart of central London in the Camden neighborhood, is a perfect choice for those studying in this buzzing international city. Designed by award-winning architects with comfort in mind, each type comes with its own bathroom in addition to a built-in wardrobe, desk, and heating unit. There are five room and apartment types with differing amenities and size, but each offers top-of-the-line amenities to ensure that tenants have the best stay possible. Common areas include the lounge area featuring a kitchen, laundry room, meeting area, study room, and a 24/7 gym. The surrounding area, Camden, is a central and eclectic area with a lively nightlife and urban culture. As there are several universities located in the neighborhood, Camden maintains a young and student-friendly atmosphere with excellent connections to other parts of London and Europe via the underground, bus, and light rail.

This residence is divided over 11 floors of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has central heating and central water heating. You can dry your clothes in the dryer in the common laundry room. Wi-Fi is installed and activated.

  • For those looking to stay fit during their stay in London, good news: the residence comes with a 24/7 gym.
  • Every room and apartment comes with ample storage space so tenants will have no issues finding room for their extra luggage and study materials.
  • The residence has a door entry system with intercom, supported by CCTV cameras, providing tenants with a secure home in the heart of the city.
  • All apartments are couple-friendly, making them ideal for those looking to study in London with their significant others.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is a laundry room with washers and dryers where tenants can do their laundry for 2,30£ per washing and 1,50£ per drying.
  • The Standard Ensuite room does not accept couples.

Landlord policies

The English speaking landlord does not live on the property and does not require a deposit. Smoking is not permitted and pets are not allowed. Rent can be paid by credit card or bank transaction. This residence is for students only.

The London St Pancras International train station is a 13 minute walk away. The King's Cross train station is a 13 minute stroll as well, and from here you can take multiple train and subway lines.
