  • The house has a large terrace – perfect for BBQs and enjoying the good weather.
  • The bedrooms have large wardrobes for storage.
  • The kitchen has a microwave, gas stove, oven, washing machine, and plenty of storage space
  • The bathroom to share has renovated wall tiling and floor boards.
  • The house is between 2 DLR stations, the London City airport, and the massive Keir Hardie Recreation Ground.

c) If you cancel your stay within 30 days of your move-in date, 100% of your first payment will be given to the landlord.

d) The bad news: once your booking is accepted by the landlord, you cannot recover your one-time reservation fee at any point.
