Newham:

Newham is a large area located in East London with the motto, "Progress with the People,” and they most certainly stand by it. Over the years, the area has developed into a community-oriented area with plenty of libraries as well as vintage and food markets such as Queens Market. This area is also frequently visited by business savvy as it is hosting plenty of exhibitions at the ExCeL Exhibition Centre and was also a host of 2012 Summer Olympics in several neighborhoods, including Stratford where you can also find the Olympic Park. The borough is primarily run by DLR although several stations can also be reached with an underground, providing easy access into the city centre.

What we liked the most

  • The terrace is huge and is the perfect place to sit back and relax or to have a BBQ.
  • Bedroom 1 is extremely spacious and has its own private entrance to the terrace.
  • Bedroom 2 has huge windows with a beautiful garden view.
  • There is a guest bathroom in the basement.
  • The kitchen is very spacious and has an elegant glass dining table – great for group dinners.
  • There are a lot of stores and shops nearby to make you daily tasks convenient.
  • You can reach different parts of the city via bus or the DLR.

Things to keep in mind

  • The house has multiple stairways, but it will provide you with some in-house exercise.
