Landlord policies

  • Check-in and check-out: from Monday to Friday, from 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
  • Payment method: cash; bank transfer; credit card, online payment through website, PayPal
  • One-off payment of one to two weeks' rent (depending on the length of stay) at check-in as a bill contribution for water, council tax, and broadband.
  • Additional documentation:
    • ID / Passport
    • Proof of income or savings
    • Guarantor (If needed)
    • Right to Rent share code or Visa (If applicable)
  • You will need to return the landlord reservation form signed within 48 hours from your booking confirmation
  • Same-day check-in is not allowed. Please note that we need up to 5 days to complete the referencing,
  • The rent will be paid monthly. The first rent will be one month minus one week already paid via Spotahome.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
