This is a bright and comfortable 6-bedroom house with shared kitchen and living areas. It has two floors and two common bathrooms, one on each level. The price includes bi-weekly cleaning services and all utilities, which means less time cleaning for you and more time exploring London.
This house is located close to many restaurants and shops. You'll have a unique London experience at the Billingsgate Market, only one bus stop away, where you will find a bustling market full of fresh fish. Walk 15 minutes to cross the River Thames at the Canary Wharf Pier, and after another short 7-minute walk you'll arrive at the Surrey Docks Farm London, a community city farm with livestock and crops. You can also quickly get your shopping done at the convenient neighbourhood Co-op, which is just 4 minutes' walking from your front door.

- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

- Spotahome guaranteeIf the landlord cancels your booking 48 hours before your move in date, we will either A) pay for a hotel and help you find somewhere new or, B) refund your money in full.

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
