There is a spacious and light shared kitchen overlooking the garden with an oven, hob, microwave, toaster and kettle for cooking up meals at home, which you can enjoy at the dining table. Paintings and flowers decorate the kitchen to create a homely touch. One bathroom with shower is downstairs while the second bathroom is upstairs. This is a lovely, light house in a superb location for East London, the Docklands, City of London and the University of East London.

Plaistow is a residential area in the heart of East London, where many of the 2012 Olympic sports's venues can be found along with the impressive Westfield Stratford City - Europe's largest shopping mall and restaurants - which is a 30-minute walk from home. It's also 30 minutes to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park with lush parkland and the River Lea running through it and London Aquatics Centre's swimming pools. It's just two minutes to walk to the main Plaistow Road lined with cafes, restaurants, takeaways and shops so you can pick up groceries on your way home from Plaistow underground station.

Homely, well managed house share with decent people and minimal fuss. Good contract setting up clearly the tenancy, a reliable deposit protection service and the guaranty offered by the agency registered with a consumer redress scheme. Your housemates will be mostly professionals between 22 and 28 years old.

Everyone of good character is welcome to apply and we are pleased to see that mostly it works like magic! We do get a lot of good feedback on the friendliness of our house shares. Simple, easy organisation before, during and after your tenancy. Your cleaning day in the house share is once a month and you must also tidy 'as you go'. Beddings are not provided, only a mattress protection cover that helps to keep your mattress clean and fresh.
