- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

This landlord requires between 6-12 months rental payment upfront from a student, 3 months from a self employed person and monthly for a person who has double the income as per the monthly rent (otherwise we require the payment every 2 other months). This doesn't include the deposit.
