What we liked the most

  • The large living room is a great place to spend some time with your flatmates.
  • There is a dryer in the laundry room, so you can take care of the laundry no matter what the weather is doing.
  • The bathroom is upstairs, with a separate toilet downstairs for added convenience.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
  • The garden can be accessed through the laundry room.

Homely, well managed house share with decent people and minimal fuss. Good contract setting up clearly the tenancy, a reliable deposit protection service and the guaranty offered by the agency registered with a consumer redress scheme. Your housemates will be mostly professionals between 22 and 28 years old.

Everyone of good character is welcome to apply and we are pleased to see that mostly it works like magic! We do get a lot of good feedback on the friendliness of our house shares. Simple, easy organisation before, during and after your tenancy. Your cleaning day in the house share is once a month and you must also tidy 'as you go'. Beddings are not provided, only a mattress protection cover that helps to keep your mattress clean and fresh.
