Homely, well managed house share with decent people and minimal fuss. Good contract setting up clearly the tenancy, a reliable deposit protection service and the guaranty offered by the agency registered with a consumer redress scheme. Your housemates will be mostly professionals between 22 and 28 years old from Western Europe and the UK (75%), Canada, New Zealand/Australia (15%), Japan (5%), and the rest: Eastern Europe, South America, Africa and Asia (4%), USA (1%).

Everyone of good character is welcome to apply and we are pleased to see that mostly it works like magic! We do get a lot of good feedback on the friendliness of our house shares. Simple, easy organisation before, during and after your tenancy. Your cleaning day in the house share is once a month and you must also tidy 'as you go'. Beddings are not provided, only a mattress protection cover that helps to keep your mattress clean and fresh.
