Pleasant, bright, and comfortable — this apartment is perfect for group living. Featuring open and luminous common areas, a huge kitchen, and a shared bathroom with separate toilet, this house is ideal for someone looking for company. Each room is filled with tonnes of light, and no matter the window you look through, lovely views will be provided.

A true mix, there is something for everyone here. Beautiful luxury houses and high rises are surrounded by gorgeous Victorian-era homes, and the mix of restaurants follows this theme, catering for all tastes and all budgets. There are plenty of green areas, and the area is really well connected by a range of transport options.

What we liked the most

  • We liked that each of the rooms have been thoughtfully and elegantly furnished with comfortable and practical furnishings. The decorations and colour-schemes are neutral and calming.
  • The kitchen is enormous — a great place to congregate and share stories and recipes.
  • We really appreciate it when there is a separate toilet to the main bathroom. Saves time (and arguments) in the morning.
  • This neighbourhood really is fantastic. If you're into the eclectic, you'll be into this neighbourhood.
