This first-floor apartment gets quite a bit of natural light. It also has an outdoor balcony, which is a nice bonus. The living room has a plush sofa and TV. The kitchen includes a cooker, oven, fridge, cabinets, and washing machine. There is one full shared bathroom with a bathtub. Next door there is a separate room with a toilet.

The flat is in a very green area, surrounded by several parks and lakes. Down the street there is a pharmacy, newsstand, and pub. In about 4 minutes, you can walk to the nearby Lidl supermarket. As you near the Abbey Wood Tube station, there is also a Sainsbury's supermarket, several cafes, and a post office. For rainy days, there is also a cafe and public library near the flat.
